What is the "intentional guardianship" for the octogenarian to leave 3 million properties to the fruit stall owner? What are the benefits?

An octogenarian in Shanghai, his wife died, and his only son suffering from mental illness died suddenly. The son’s funeral was accompanied by the stall owner who was doing fruit business downstairs, and no relatives were present. Three years ago, the old man took the stall owner to find a notary Li Chenyang to do guardianship notarization, and also gave 3 million properties to this unrelated stall owner. This incident was recently reported by the media and sparked heated discussions.
What is "intentional guardianship"?
Li Chenyang is a notary in Shanghai Putuo Notary Office. In an interview, he said that the old man and the stall owner knew each other several years ago. The old man ran to the fruit stall when he was fine, waiting for the children to go to school and chat with the stall owner. He also said that it is a comfort to an old man who lives alone at home and has no one to talk to him. It is a comfort to him to have such a place to accept him and to get what he calls family happiness.
Li Chenyang: For example, he said that my wife was gone and my son was gone. When I was helpless in my later years, there was no one to raise me. What should I do? I found someone first. I am not related to him. I am in a hurry.
The old man was anxious to find Li Chenyang, just to let the stall owner be his guardian while his consciousness was still clear. This is legally called "intentional guardianship", which is formally established in the General Principles of Civil Law and clearly stipulated in the Civil Code. It is still a new thing.
Li Chenyang said that like this old man, the scene of seeking legal help from the notary office happens every day because of an accident in his family. The old man seeks a sense of stability, and he needs a judicial department to help him solve the problem of his lack of identity.
Just like the old man, he took a fancy to a person, and this person is also willing. He needs to establish and form an identity connection between them through the way of "intentional guardianship", which is legally called the formation of judicial order.
What are the benefits of "intentional guardianship"?
As one of the earliest notaries of "intentional guardianship", Li Chenyang once handled the first effective case of intentional guardianship in China. In the notary office where he works, 80% of the cases are elderly groups like this old man who live alone, or who are widowed or widowed, and most of them are unrelated cases.
Once, the old man fell into a coma at home, which was discovered by the guardian stall owner and sent to the hospital. Without the care of relatives, the stall owner will go to the hospital after buying the goods in the morning and go home at night, day after day. Since then, the old man invited the stall owner and his wife who lived in the simple shed and their three children to live in their own house and form a special family.
Li Chenyang said that "intentional guardianship" will play an important role in some cases to avoid such a scene, and someone can help them solve it.
See a doctor: Doctors often ask the elderly, "Is the family here?" "Do you have a guardian?"
Apply for social welfare: The elderly have various social benefits, but when he goes to various departments to apply, others will also question his identity. Such an old man is not afraid of death, and he is most afraid of the painful death process. He must finish this life with dignity. "Intentional guardianship" is superior to legal guardianship, which is the glory and core point of the legal system. The purpose is the principle of autonomy, and the law guarantees the priority realization of your right to self-determination.
Daily care, serious illness treatment, hospice care, etc., "intentional guardianship" provides the bottom guarantee for widowed and lonely people seeking guardianship caused by force majeure, and it also goes beyond the possible emotional kidnapping of blood relatives, and respects the wishes of the elderly to the maximum extent.
"Intentional guardianship" needs the supervision of the third party.
However, when the old man sought custody, he gave up the property together, which surprised Li Chenyang and his colleagues. Because the distribution of inheritance is generally not linked with intentional guardianship, it is to avoid the bad intentions of guardians and accelerate the death of the elderly, which is also one of the controversial points in this case.
The work of the notary department is actually to rule out whether the elderly are deceived or coerced in the "intentional guardianship".
Li Chenyang: Non-close relatives like this may let them run many times, and consciously go may "torture" them, and (worry about the elderly) be confused, brainwashed and cheated. We professionals first understand his social circle and close relatives circle from clues or from his narrative communication, and then determine why the old man does not appoint his close relatives but a non-close relatives.
This "strange affection" between the old man and the stall owner is legalized, and it is investigated and verified beforehand, and the guardian’s behavior should be further supervised afterwards. This also means that "intentional guardianship" needs the supervision of an unrelated third party. However, the elderly feel that it is very valuable to find a guardian like the stall owner. Based on trust, he does not seek supervision measures like most elderly people, and cases like this account for about 90%.
Li Chenyang did not dare to treat this lightly. "The supervisor is similar to the secretary of the Disciplinary Committee. Sometimes, we will’ visit strangers’ and quietly enter his community without informing the elderly, and go with his neighbors, neighborhood committees or suddenly to his home to see this old man. I also often go to nursing homes, intensive care units, crematoriums, etc., because these places and scenes are what guardians need to appear, and they are also his due duties. "
Li Chenyang also said that when he visited the old man, he was radiant, and the smiling face when he saw the child was heartfelt and enjoyable.
This week, because the stall owner was selected as the guardian to deliver 3 million properties at the same time, the elderly frequently received interviews from various media, which was unbearable for relatives and friends; The guardian stall owner is also under pressure from public opinion because of the combination of real estate and guardianship.
Li Chenyang: Sometimes, I go to the ground and say that his family members are not good. I think this is unfair because they didn’t appear in the media and didn’t give them a chance to speak. As a young couple, the old man gave him such a big burden, and they were also surprised. The old man found me. Do we think this can be entrusted? Can you do it? What should I do if his family comes to me? In fact, the guardian’s worries are more complicated, including economic, physical, spiritual, and especially social censure. I think the comments on this case should be objective.
In February, the "Report" issued by the Office for Ageing showed that this year, China’s aging level will reach 17.17%. Among them, the elderly who can’t take care of themselves, such as disability and dementia, loneliness and disability, account for a certain proportion. How to make the elderly feel secure, independent and not lonely, the society needs more exploration and deep cultivation of the rule of law like intentional guardianship. Li Chenyang said, "We hope that they can live with dignity, live according to his wishes, and have trusted people to help him when he is powerless. Not only the elderly, but also myself, an ideal state for everyone. "
Bai Yansong:
The story I just finished reading is not just a problem related to the elderly. In 2019, the population aged 60 and over in China has accounted for 18.1% of the total population, and in a few years, the population aged 60 and over in China will exceed 300 million. Therefore, dealing with aging is a problem in all aspects, and one of the key points is to legislate first and complete the law, otherwise there will be many troubles in the future.

Speeding up the relief of real estate and ensuring the delivery of buildings, these cities held a special meeting

The actions of actively bailing out real estate in various places are still going on. In addition to the deepening of urban policies, the actions of local governments to co-ordinate the deployment of Baojiao Building are gradually increasing.

On August 15th, Ma Yujun, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, investigated and inspected real estate projects and presided over a symposium on the stable and healthy development of the city’s real estate market. At least five real estate enterprises and two banks attended the meeting. Prior to this, Ningbo, Zhejiang, Hefei, Anhui, and Xianyang, Shaanxi also held similar forums for housing enterprises. One of the core contents of the meeting was "Baojiaolou".

Since July, some owners of "uncompleted residential flats" have cut off their supply and the data of the property market have continued to decline, and the market’s expectations for the real estate relief policy are getting stronger and stronger. After Politburo meeting of the Chinese Communist Party explicitly proposed to guarantee the delivery of the flats at the end of July and stressed the responsibility of compacting local governments, the pace of active relief in various places has also accelerated.

What did the housing enterprise symposium "talk about"?

At 9 o’clock on the evening of the 15th, WeChat official account’s WeChat "Shijiazhuang Release" under the Propaganda Department of Shijiazhuang Municipal Committee pushed an important message, which may be of particular concern to local citizens who bought faster houses.

The article shows that Ma Yujun investigated and inspected a number of real estate projects on the same day, including Yunshufu, Gaoying International, Heshifu, Changyue House, Spruce Valley, Zhongmei Covered Bridge, etc. Some of these projects are under construction, some are being sold to the outside world, and some are at a standstill.

After understanding the basic situation and construction progress of the project, Ma Yujun had an exchange discussion with relevant district governments, municipal departments and real estate enterprises, covering the existing problems, solutions and future development.

On the same day, Ma Yujun also hosted a symposium for real estate enterprises. The real estate enterprises that attended the meeting and made speeches included China Shipping Real Estate, MCC Mingguan, Hebei Poly Development, Shijiazhuang Vanke, and Rong Sheng, Hebei Province. The speeches mainly focused on the actual situation of each family and constructive suggestions for the healthy and orderly development of the real estate industry. In addition, the two participating banks also made speeches on real estate financial policies and related measures to support the stable and healthy development of the real estate market in the next step.

This is not the first city to hold a symposium on housing enterprises. Since July, several cities including Ningbo, Zhejiang, Hefei, Anhui and Xianyang, Shaanxi have held similar meetings. A big background of this phenomenon is that since the end of June and the beginning of July, the owners of "uncompleted residential flats" in many places across the country have jointly launched the action of stopping supply, hoping that those properties that have been suspended for a long time or temporarily can resume work and hand over the house as soon as possible.

On July 28th, Politburo meeting of the Chinese Communist Party also explicitly mentioned "ensuring the delivery of buildings and stabilizing people’s livelihood". On the basis of insisting on housing and not speculating, it emphasized the responsibility of compacting local governments and encouraged local governments to make full use of the policy toolbox because of the city’s policy.

Specifically, the host of local symposiums is mainly the Housing and Construction Bureau, and the main line of content is Baojiaolou.

For example, on July 19th, Xianyang Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau organized a collective interview meeting for some housing enterprises to urge them to strengthen their management, shoulder their social responsibilities, try to resolve conflicts, do a good job in prevention and early warning, plan ahead, and speed up the construction progress and strive to deliver the house on schedule while ensuring the quality and quantity of the projects under construction. At the same time, the meeting stressed that housing enterprises should take the initiative, not wait and rely, and try their best to solve the urgent needs of the masses.

On July 18th, the previous day, the Ningbo Housing and Construction Bureau also announced that recently, the Real Estate Market Supervision Department of the Bureau and the Housing Management Center convened six new Ningbo housing enterprises, including Weixing and Changzhu, to hold a symposium on real estate policy exchange and publicize the real estate industry policy.

At the meeting, Ningbo Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, while interpreting and publicizing the relief policies such as pre-sale, full renovation, fund supervision and real estate regulation in the city, kept abreast of the investment plans and development progress of seven projects developed by six housing enterprises, and listened to the business conditions of various enterprises and suggestions for industry development.

Just recently, Hefei, Anhui received high attention because 17 real estate developers jointly wrote to the government, and then the government also held a special meeting, but the content was slightly "special".

In a Report on Solving Difficulties by Requesting to Maintain the Business Environment and Enhance the Investment Confidence of Housing Enterprises stamped with the official seals of 17 housing enterprises, 17 housing enterprises, including Longhu, Xuhui and Sunac, as well as Poly, Gezhouba and Greentown, collectively complained to the Hefei Municipal Government, saying that they were faced with some unreasonable group customer complaints and house troubles, and there may be professional house troubles behind them, so please ask the competent government departments to give them a hand.

On the morning of August 13th, Yu Aihua, member of the Standing Committee of Anhui Provincial Party Committee and secretary of Hefei Municipal Party Committee, presided over a special meeting on the governance of real estate problems in the whole city, stressing that we should not only attach great importance to the problems reflected by the masses, but also try our best to solve the problems encountered by enterprises and do everything possible to "ensure the delivery of buildings and stabilize people’s livelihood". For the unreasonable demands of a very small number of property buyers, it is necessary to strengthen communication, explanation, education and guidance. If there are violations of laws and regulations, they should also be dealt with according to the law. At the same time, it is said that developers, construction enterprises and supervision units should strengthen credit management and set up special classes to curb the occurrence of incremental problems.

Scheme: One-on-one guarantee of building delivery, strengthening supervision of pre-sale funds.

In the eyes of the industry, the discussion is only the first step to solve the problem, and a series of policies for Baojiaolou will be introduced in subsequent places. Especially when the macro-economy is under pressure and land revenue accounts for a large proportion of local finance, the pace of local government’s bail-out of housing enterprises will accelerate.

In fact, in addition to housing enterprises’ symposiums and real estate symposiums, a series of real estate-related documents have been published intensively in various places recently. From the content point of view, in addition to the 10 billion yuan special fund for real estate relief initiated by Zhengzhou, most policies focus on one-on-one supervision by government leaders and strengthening supervision of pre-sale funds.

"Stabilizing the economic market is the primary and urgent task of economic work at present and in the next stage. Among them, promoting the healthy, stable and orderly development of real estate is an important aspect. " Ma Yujun proposed at the latest symposium held in Shijiazhuang that the real estate policy should be further rationalized and improved according to the actual situation of the city, and housing enterprises should be promoted to speed up construction. In terms of specific requirements, relevant departments at all levels should continue to increase the promotion of uncompleted residential flats, compact the responsibility chain, increase coordination, and keep an eye on the time node; Properly handle the remaining problems and speed up the solution of problems such as "difficulty in obtaining a permit" and "difficulty in moving in"; Strengthen supervision and monitoring of development projects and strengthen source and process management. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of pre-sale funds of commercial housing, ensure the closed-loop management and use of funds, and keep the bottom line of systemic risks.

For the supervision work of relevant departments, there have been "one-on-one" requirements in many places. For example, at the symposium organized by Xianyang Housing and Construction Bureau, a one-on-one assistance policy was established, that is, a department helped an enterprise to promote the early solution of the problem; The Housing and Construction Bureau of Suining, Sichuan Province also instructed all jurisdictions to carry out the linkage work between housing enterprises and real estate projects. By combing and arranging, 83 real estate development projects under construction and to be built were included in the linkage scope, and each project was linked "one-on-one" by a county (city, district) and a county-level leader of a municipal park, and at the same time, a contact person in the jurisdiction was identified; Mianning County, Liangshan, Sichuan Province, in the Notice on Measures to Promote the Stable and Healthy Development of the Real Estate Market, mentioned the mechanism of "one plate, one policy and one leadership" for the problems left over by real estate development projects (for problem buildings).

According to the news released by Huzhou, the Office of the Joint Conference on the Stable and Healthy Development of the Real Estate Market in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province issued the Notice on Continuously Promoting the Stable and Healthy Development of the Real Estate in our City on August 15th, which mentioned that state-owned enterprises are encouraged to purchase the unsalable houses of difficult real estate enterprises as housing for resettlement.

In view of the storm of supply interruption since July and the phenomenon of "early repayment of mortgage" hotly discussed by buyers, many places have further strengthened the supervision system of pre-sale funds, and even held special bank symposiums on supervision of pre-sale funds, involving Cangzhou, Hebei, Jiujiang, Jiangxi, Changsha, Hunan, Dongguan, Guangdong, Jiangmen, Jiangsu, etc.

Judging from the latest real estate data released by the National Bureau of Statistics, the current situation is still not optimistic. From January to July this year, the national real estate development investment was 7,946.2 billion yuan, down 6.4% year-on-year; The sales area of commercial housing was 781.78 million square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 23.1%; The sales of commercial housing was 7,576.3 billion yuan, down 28.8% year-on-year; The land purchase area was 45.46 million square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 48.1%. Among them, the sales and investment scale of new houses in July decreased by 16% and 14% respectively compared with May, and the year-on-year decline also expanded.

Fu Linghui, spokesperson of the National Bureau of Statistics, said that since the beginning of this year, the real estate market as a whole has shown a downward trend, and because of the large scale, long chain and wide coverage of the industry, it has a great impact on economic growth and social livelihood. However, since the beginning of this year, all localities have insisted on housing and housing, supported rigid and improved reasonable housing demand, and introduced a number of policies to stabilize the real estate market. The overall downward trend of the real estate market has slowed down.

Huang Hongwei, a macro analyst of Caixin Securities, believes that with the Zhengzhou municipal government promoting the landing of the bail-out fund and China Huarong and other financial institutions participating in the bail-out, relevant departments, financial institutions and local governments will follow up quickly, and Baojiaolou will also become an important policy direction for stabilizing the economy in the second half of the year.

Judging from recent market news, the supervision of liquidity support measures for high-quality private housing enterprises is also expected to be further deepened. At present, in addition to Longhu’s expected syndicated loan of HK$ 3.5 billion, the market also has higher expectations for the bond issuance method of "China Credit Increase+State-owned Enterprises".

Jimu journalist Liu Wei

It is the New Year, and a warm and delicious group dinner is an important ceremony that many families look forward to.

The reporter learned that all hotels in Wuhan have carefully planned and launched the chef’s specialty as the main dish of the New Year banquet. How to choose the menu for the group annual banquet? A journalist interviewed two high-quality hotels in Jiangnan and Jiangbei, and asked the chef to teach you to order the most satisfactory special dishes.

Shangri-La: Chefs Join Hands to Think Ingeniously.

On the evening of January 13th, Shangri-La Hotel, Wuhan, held the Spring Festival Tasting Meeting of "Seeking Fragrant Palace, Banqueting with Friends", a private chef’s banquet, which was cooked by master Xu Zhenfang, a master of Chu cuisine, and jointly created by chefs of Cantonese cuisine and Huaiyang cuisine, won unanimous praise from the guests.

The dinner started with a crisp and refreshing four-disc Spring Festival. Then, the executive chef of the hotel led the catering service team, and served a taste of the "Hongyun skinned suckling pig" on behalf of the prosperous lucky strike. The suckling pig’s skin was crisp and oily, and the outside was crisp and tender, fat but not greasy. As the main theme of "taste of the year", it is convincing.

The music of the guqin sounded, and the girl dressed in Hanfu served "seven orifices and exquisite lotus root ribs soup", which can not help but remind people of Su Shi’s "lotus root with red hands in an ice bowl, lotus root with red hands in an ice bowl, long lotus root and long filament lotus root with a smile". Especially the lotus shape made of fish balls and green beans, floating in the soup, fresh and lovely.

Wudang Hericium erinaceus, Danjiangkou Zuiguai, Liaoshen Dongpo pork, authentic Hongshan caitai, and Daimeng Tiger Head Bao … all classic dishes make guests feel the classic taste in traditional memory, and marvel at the new taste bud experience of combining creativity and ingenuity. Bright and beautiful: the main specialty of Hunan and Hubei

If you want to eat authentic hubei cuisine or special Hunan cuisine, Renaissance Wuhan Guangming Hotel in Xu Dong, Wuchang is a good choice.

It is understood that Master Peng Jian of the Wanlixuan Chinese Restaurant on the second floor of the hotel has many years of cooking experience. He has visited the source of food many times, tasted local flavors and exchanged food culture. Slow fire is a long transformation. For modern people, this long-awaited brewing is the best inheritance of food culture. According to reports, the mutton of the main dish "Red Stewed East Goat with Golden Bamboo Shoots" is hot, and the bamboo shoots are slightly cold. The two are both adjustable and moderate. The richness of mutton blends with the fragrance of bamboo shoots, which forms a huge contrast in taste, but it is also impeccable.

Satellite vision 2023: El Nino stirs up the global climate.

In April 2023, the Copernicus Climate Change Service of the European Union indicated that the global average temperature may reach a new high in 2023 or 2024 due to the influence of climate change and the expected return of El Ni? o weather phenomenon. In July, the World Meteorological Organization announced the formation of El Ni? o conditions in the tropical Pacific for the first time in seven years. On November 30th, the World Meteorological Organization announced that 2023 was the hottest year in human history on record.
Under the background of global warming, the stronger the intensity of El Nino, the more obvious the increase of global average temperature. High temperature weather has caused many mountain fires and droughts around the world.
This satellite image shows a mountain fire in British Columbia, Canada. 2023 is the longest wildfire season on record in Canada. The wildfire lasted for more than five months, and the accumulated area of fire exceeded 180,000 square kilometers, breaking the record of 73,000 square kilometers in 1989.
This satellite image animation shows the changes brought by the drought in 2023 to Brazilian Amazon. The Amazon rainforest, known as the "lung of the earth", suffered a rare drought in a hundred years this year. Many local fish died and the water level dropped, which not only made some lakes in the Amazon basin almost dry up, but also made some local villages face the risk of becoming "islands".
↑ This satellite image shows the changes brought by drought to the Paso severino Reservoir in the Uruguayan province of Florida. Paso severino Reservoir is about 70 kilometers away from Montevideo, the capital of Uruguay, and it is an important source of drinking water in the capital region.
The rise of ocean surface temperature caused by global warming makes typhoons and tropical cyclones develop more rapidly, and therefore poses a greater threat to coastal areas. El Nino is often the "behind-the-scenes pusher" of heavy rains and floods.
Hurricane Otis was originally a tropical storm, which was upgraded to a catastrophic category 5 hurricane in more than ten hours. It landed from the Pacific coast of southern Mexico in the early morning of October 25, 2023, with a maximum wind speed of 266 kilometers per hour. The Mexican federal government issued a communique on November 2, announcing that 47 cities in Guerrero state in southern Mexico were listed as disaster areas due to the impact of Hurricane Otis.
↑ This satellite image shows the rio grande do sul in southern Brazil being hit by floods at the end of November 2023. According to the local civil defense department, as of November 22, the flood has caused at least five deaths and about 28,000 people have been displaced.
This satellite image shows the Death Valley National Park in California, USA, which was flooded by tropical storm Hillary. It is reported that the roads in the park were damaged by floods, and some expressways were seriously damaged. Facilities in the park were also damaged by floods. According to the National Weather Service, the last time a tropical storm landed in this area was in 1939.
According to the World Meteorological Organization’s Annual Report on Climate Service in 2023, the death rate caused by extreme high temperature is the highest among all extreme weather, and the death rate related to high temperature may be 30 times higher than that currently recorded. The heat wave will further aggravate air pollution. In addition, problems such as extreme drought caused by climate change have also aggravated the risk of food insecurity and the spread of many climate-sensitive infectious diseases, such as vector-borne diseases such as dengue fever and malaria, and diseases transmitted by food and water.

↑ In August 2023, high temperature weather killed tens of thousands of chickens in Israel. Since this summer, Israel has experienced several rounds of high temperature weather, and the temperature in some cities has exceeded 40 degrees Celsius. Kahnert, an Israeli agricultural natural risk insurance fund, said on August 14th that according to a preliminary assessment, the losses caused by the current high temperature weather to the country’s agriculture are about 20 million new shekels (US$ 5.3 million).
In June, 2023, smoke from Canadian wildfires drifted to New York, USA, and the streets of new york were in a dim state. According to the data of Copernicus Climate Change Service, the European Union’s climate monitoring agency, the carbon emissions caused by wildfires in Canada have reached an unprecedented level this year, reaching 473 million tons, more than three times the previous year’s highest record.
On September 18, 2023, patients with dengue fever were treated in a hospital in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This year, the worst dengue fever outbreak in Bangladesh was recorded in the country. According to the data released by the General Administration of Health Services on November 19th, the cumulative number of confirmed cases has exceeded 300,000 this year.
It is urgent to deal with El Nino, control the global climate and reduce emissions. China is an activist in promoting global climate governance. It not only has the largest clean power generation network in the world, but also tries its best to provide relevant support and help to other developing countries.
In recent years, the output value of energy conservation and environmental protection industry in China has increased by more than 10% annually, and the installed capacity of hydropower, wind power and photovoltaic power generation ranks first in the world. China’s installed capacity of non-fossil energy increased to 50.9%, supplying 50% of the world’s wind power and 80% of photovoltaic equipment; The intensity of carbon dioxide emission in China in 2022 decreased by 51% compared with 2005; China ranks first in the world in the production and sales of new energy vehicles, with more than 18 million vehicles.

Kassem Power Station project is a large-scale energy project implemented in China-China Economic Corridor. It adopts supercritical units independently designed and manufactured by and limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization process, and uses seawater secondary circulation cooling and seawater desalination to replenish water, thus retaining blue sky and clear water for the local area.
↑ This is the Schuback Wind Power Station in Jordan, which was shot on June 15th, 2023. Jordan is short of energy and mineral resources and has long relied on imports. The wind power and photovoltaic project of China Three Gorges International in Jordan is expected to provide Jordan with 440 million kWh of green electricity every year, which is one of the largest clean energy projects in the country.
↑ This is the largest factory roof photovoltaic power generation project in chonburi province, Thailand, which was filmed on November 7, 2023. The project is jointly built by China enterprise Pulin Chengshan and Thailand WHA MUGUR PETRU CIUBANCAN Infrastructure and Power Volkswagen Co., Ltd. The second phase of the project is expected to be completed next year. After being connected to the grid, the annual power generation will be more than 30 million kWh, which will reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 30,000 tons and save 15,000 tons of standard coal every year.
As an active advocate and pragmatic practitioner of South-South cooperation on climate change, China’s performance was highly praised by relevant United Nations agencies and developing countries at the 28th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28).
On December 3, 2023, at the car ferry stop of the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Dubai, people got off the Hagrid electric bus of Suzhou Jinlong Company in China.
